  1. The Relationship Of Customer Relationship Management In Improving Non-Jkn Patient Loyalty At Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Padang In 2026

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a corporate strategy used to pamper customers so that they do not turn to competitors. The results of a preliminary study at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Padang in 2026 showed problems in the form of a lack of integrated patient data, a lack of trained human resources, and a lack of adequate technology. This condition causes the hospital to have difficulty understanding patient needs and preferences, so that patient loyalty has not been optimally improved. This study aims to analyze the relationship between CRM implementation and Non-JKN patient loyalty at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Padang in 2026. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive analytic approach. The research was conducted at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Padang in 2026 with a population of 1,103 Non-JKN patients and a sample of 92 respondents selected using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the People Aspect was rated Good by 56 respondents (60.9%) with a mean of 18.57 and had a very strong and significant relationship with patient loyalty (r = 0.890; p = 0.000). The Process Aspect was rated Good by 51 respondents (55.4%) with a mean of 18.45 (r = 0.381; p = 0.000). The Technology Aspect was rated Good by 45 respondents (48.9%) with a mean of 18.64 (r = 0.399; p = 0.000). The Knowledge Aspect was rated Good by 56 respondents (60.9%) with a mean of 19.77 (r = 0.664; p = 0.000).n Overall, Non-JKN patient loyalty was already good. All CRM aspects had a significant relationship with patient loyalty, with the People Aspect showing the strongest relationship and the Process Aspect the weakest, indicating a need for improvement.

  2. Evaluation Of Compliance With Physician Visiting Hours In The Inpatient Unit Of Aisyiyah General Hospital Padang In 2025

Compliance with physician visiting times is a national quality indicator for inpatient services, yet in 2025 the achievement at Aisyiyah General Hospital Padang ranged from 25% to 71%, below the target of more than 80%. This study aimed to evaluate compliance with physician visiting times in the inpatient unit of this hospital in 2025 using the input, process, and outcome components of the Donabedian model. A descriptive qualitative design was applied. Four informants, consisting of hospital managers, a nurse, and a physician, were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected on July 2–3, 2026, through in-depth interviews, document review, and observation, and were validated using source and method triangulation. The results showed that most specialist physicians were external physicians who also worked at government hospitals, which caused frequent delays. A written standard operating procedure, a structured monitoring system, and systematic documentation were available. Visits were conducted daily but not always between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Delays had no significant impact on patient care because general practitioners and nurses continued monitoring patients. In conclusion, compliance did not reach the target, mainly because of physicians' practice schedules at other hospitals.

  3. Analysis of Drug Stock Discrepancies between SIMRS Data and Physical Stock in the Pharmacy Warehouse of Andalas University Teaching Hospital

Discrepancies between drug stock recorded in the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and physical stock can reduce the efficiency of pharmaceutical services and threaten patient safety. This study aimed to describe drug stock discrepancies at the Pharmacy Warehouse of Andalas University Hospital, together with the condition of four related factors: human resources (HR), standard operating procedures (SOP), SIMRS, and drug management. A descriptive quantitative design was applied from April to May 2026. Stock data for 84 drug items were compared between SIMRS records and physical counts, and 34 pharmacy staff completed a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately. Of the 84 items, 65 (77.4%) showed no discrepancy, whereas 19 (22.6%) did. Most respondents rated HR (52.9%), SOP (58.8%), and drug management (52.9%) as poor, while 52.9% rated SIMRS as good. These findings show that stock discrepancies persist alongside weaknesses in staff thoroughness, SOP compliance, and stock recording, even though SIMRS itself was considered adequate. Strengthening staff competence, SOP supervision, real-time data entry, and the recording of every drug transaction is needed to reduce stock discrepancies

  4. Design and Development of a Web-Based Customer Service Application to Improve Medical Record Information Services at Lapai Public Health Center, Padang City, in 2026

The development of information technology requires an improvement in the quality of health service information systems, but the delivery of information on medical record services at the Lapai Health Center in Padang City is still carried out manually, thus hindering the effectiveness of services and increasing the workload of officers. This research aims to design a Web  Log-based Customer Service application (Blog) as a media of medical record service information that is easily accessible to the public. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall development model. The research subjects consisted of 18 respondents, namely 1 head of administration, 2 medical record officers, and 15 patients. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and system testing using Black Box Testing. The results of the study show that the application was successfully developed according to the needs of users by providing information on service schedules, doctors' schedules, registration flows, administrative requirements, service rates, health information, live chat, as well as criticism and suggestion features. The validation results obtained a feasibility rate of 95% in the very viable category, while the tests showed that all features worked well and were easy to use. The conclusion of this study is that the application is suitable for use as an information media for medical record services at the Lapai Health Center in Padang City to increase the effectiveness of information delivery. Puskesmas are advised to implement the application on an ongoing basis, update the content periodically, and socialize it to the community so that its use is optimal

  5. Design of a web-based medical check-up recording and reporting system at Prof. H. Muhamad Yamin Regional Hospital, Pariaman

Medical Check Up (MCU) is a comprehensive health examination used to determine a person's health condition. At RSUD Prof. H. Muhammad Yamin Pariaman, the recording and reporting of MCU results were still performed manually, so preparing a report required approximately 15-30 minutes after all examination results were complete. This study aimed to design a web-based Medical Check Up Information System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of patient data management. The method used was Research and Development with a Prototype model, conducted at RSUD Prof. H. Muhammad Yamin Pariaman from January to July 2026, involving one physician, six health workers, and three patients as subjects. Data were collected through observation and interviews, using a user response questionnaire, an expert validation sheet, and a system trial form. The system was designed using a flowchart, use case diagram, activity diagram, and mockup. Black Box Testing achieved 90%, expert validation 100%, field trials 100%, staff response 100%, and patient response 88%, indicating that the system is highly feasible. The system was able to shorten MCU report preparation time from 15-30 minutes to approximately 5 minutes. Integration with the Hospital Management Information System and an examination-result notification feature are recommended

  6. Development of A Web-Based System For Monitoring Electronic Medical Record Access Rights At Semen Padang Hospital

Access rights to electronic medical records are authorizations granted by healthcare facility leaders to health workers to protect the security and confidentiality of patient data. At Semen Padang Hospital, requests to activate access to closed records were still submitted manually through WhatsApp messages, so the requester’s identity, reason, frequency, and duration of access were poorly documented. This study aimed to develop a web-based system for monitoring electronic medical record access rights. A Research and Development design with the Waterfall model was applied at the Medical Record Unit, with a field trial in June 2026 involving six subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation sheets, system trial forms, and user response questionnaires. The system was designed using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and interface mockups, and was built with PHP and a MySQL database. It provided access requests, approval by the head of the unit, status notifications, automatic activity logs, and monthly key performance indicator reports. Expert validation reached 91.25% (very feasible), functional testing 100% (fully functional), and user response 93.75% (very good). The system was therefore feasible for implementation at the hospital, although the small trial sample limits generalization.
